fix: skip AP syndication for location checkins

Location checkins arrive via Micropub as regular notes with a JF2 `location` property. They are personal log entries and should not be federated to AP followers. New patch `patch-ap-syndicate-skip-checkin` guards the start of `syndicate()`: if `properties.location` is set, returns undefined so no syndication URL is recorded. Wired into both postinstall and serve after patch-ap-syndicate-dedup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
