fix: mention notifications resolve status correctly in context endpoint

batchFetchStatuses() only collected notif.targetUrl but serializeNotification() looks up mentions by notif.url (the incoming reply URL). The mismatch meant the statusMap never had an entry for the reply → fallback fired → status.id = notif._id.toString() (a notification ObjectId) → Phanpy used that ID for GET /api/v1/statuses/:id/context → 404 because ap_timeline has no document with that _id. Fix: flatMap both notif.url and notif.targetUrl in batchFetchStatuses so the batch covers all URL shapes used by any notification type. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
