fix(patches): normalize nested tags before syndicating to fediverse
Tags like `on/art/music` are reduced to their last segment (`#music`) in both buildPlainTags and buildFedifyTags so ActivityPub hashtags are valid on Mastodon and other platforms. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
