+I use AI as a thinking tool for brainstorming, structuring, drafting, editing, and translating. It helps me work through ideas faster and write more consistently, especially during periods when energy is limited.

+Everything published here is mine: the judgment, the positions, the responsibility. AI doesn't replace any of that. It assists the process.

+I'm transparent about this because I think the default of silent AI use is dishonest. If something was shaped significantly by AI, you deserve to know.
